Dedication for the new Nicholas G. Xiarhos Field House at DY High School

Hi everyone! There is a new field house at DYRHS and it is being dedicated and named after Nick Xiarhos.  All are welcome to attend! Please Join the fun and also help us give back to our community by bringing food donations to support DY school children in need.

Summary of Events beginning at 1pm SAT NOV 27th:

  • A brief dedication of the new field house will be held at 1pm
  • A flag football game of all ages (bring your friends, create your own teams)
  • Free hotdogs and hamburgers for all!
  • Food Drive to benefit “Create the Good!”

The mission of “Create the Good” is to collect food and supplies to help needy children in the Dennis Yarmouth school systems. Please help us “stuff” a police cruiser with Pasta, rice, cereal, sauce, canned vegetables, toilet paper, canned tuna fish, and healthy snacks. With these donations we can supply food pantries in each school and make sure these kids are cared for throughout the school year.
Please make every effort to come out and have fun at this terrific community event!
We hope to see you there!
